Bourbon Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. pecan halves
    9-inch sweet pastry shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a bowl or food processor, mix the eggs, sugar, syrups, butter and bourbon until smooth.
    Sprinkle the pastry with the chopped pecans then carefully pour in the filling.
    Coat each pecan half by dipping in the filling and then arrange on the top.
    Bake for 40 minutes.
    Cool until set.
