Classic Truffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light or dark chocolate
    1/2 c. whipping cream (the real stuff)
    oil base flavoring of choice (do not use flavorings using alcohol or water)
Preparation
    Heat cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat and pour over chocolate.
    Stir until all chocolate is melted and candy is well blended.
    Add oil flavoring.
    Refrigerate until mixture is firm enough to roll into balls.
    Roll truffle mixture into balls using approximately 2 tablespoons of candy.
    Refrigerate balls of candy approximately 5 minutes.
    Melt another pound of chocolate for dipping in top of double boiler.
    Dip balls, one at a time, into chocolate.
    Cool on piece of wax paper.
