Maryland Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hard-boiled egg (to paste)
    sliced bread, broken
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat or 2 cans crabmeat
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Saute 1/2 green pepper with 2 tablespoons butter. Mash hard-boiled egg to paste. Add the raw egg. Add all this to the fresh crabmeat or canned crabmeat, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Grease casserole. Top with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise mixed with 1 tablespoon cream. Bake 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
