Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine lemon and pineapple juice in 1-quart glass casserole. Cook with microwave 2 minutes.
    Beat eggs with sugar and combine with hot juice.
    Cook 2 minutes, stirring after each 30 seconds. Chill.
    Before serving, fold in whipped cream.
    Recipe yields 2 cups.
