Taco Salad Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. sour cream
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 bottle taco sauce (hot or mild)
lettuce
tomato
spring onions
mushrooms
green pepper
grated Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning mix together with a beater.
Spread on flat dish.
Pour the bottle of taco sauce on top.
Chop and layer vegetables in order with cheese on top.
