One Dish Chicken And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 medium potatoes, sliced thin
    1 small onion, sliced in rings
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine soups, milk and pepper; set aside. In 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes and onions.
    Spoon 1/2 soup mixture over potatoes and onions.
    Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Arrange chicken on potato mixture, then spoon remainder of soup over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
