Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9 in double crust pie
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    6 cups apples
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon butter
Preparation
    Line pie plate with half the pastry; leave 1 inch overhang. Combine all ingredients except butter; coat evenly. Pour in pie shell; dot with 1 tablespoon butter. Top with pastry, flute the edge and cut steam vents. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
