Apricot Salad(Serves 9) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 pkg. (small) apricot Jell-O
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bring pineapple and juice to a boil; add Jell-O.
    Dissolve well; let cool.
    Add pecans and buttermilk.
    Mix well.
    Fold in Cool Whip; mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch Pyrex dish to congeal.
