Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    1/4 to 1/2 stick butter
    1 c. crushed cracker crumbs (Ritz or Town House)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Crush crackers.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Take baking dish from oven. Roll scallops in melted butter, then cracker crumbs.
    Return scallops to baking dish.
    After all scallops have been buttered and crumb-coated, return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes.
