Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. heavy cream
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 c. Locatelli cheese or Parmesan cheese
1 lb. fettuccine noodles (you can use spinach or regular or half and half)
1/4 c. wheat germ
Preparation

Pour heavy cream in saucepan.
Cook, stirring frequently, on medium to low heat. Add butter, salt and pepper.
Continue cooking until cream begins to thicken slightly.
Add grated cheese and continue cooking until mixture is just slightly thick.
