Rhubarb Crunch-Lancaster County Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Mix together rhubarb, sugar and flour.
Put this in 6 x 10 greased casserole.
On top of this mixture, put brown sugar, oatmeal, flour and butter which has been mixed together!
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
