Lithuanian Garlic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. dried, chopped garlic, softened in 2 tsp. water
    1 stick butter
    1/8 to 1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
    garlic powder (not salt)
    long Italian rolls
Preparation
    Melt butter over very low heat.
    Add olive oil and softened garlic.
    Saute for a minute or two, but don't let it brown.
    Add Italian seasoning and remove from heat.
    Dip cut rolls in mixture; put on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika and Parmesan cheese.
    Broil under low flame for a few minutes, but keep watching.
    It burns very quickly.
