Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 large eggs
    2 1/3 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. cocoa
    2 oz. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well.
    Add red food coloring and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Add cake flour with the 2 teaspoons of cocoa alternately with the buttermilk.
    Beat well!!
    Add the baking soda to the vinegar and add immediately to the cake batter.
    Beat well. Pour into two 9-inch layer (round) pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Frost.
