Mile High Pie(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 c. sugar (I use substitute)
    3 egg whites
    1 (10 oz.) container Cool Whip (I use low-fat)
    2 graham cracker crust pie shells (can used baked dough crusts)
Preparation
    Place in a large glass bowl (do not use plastic or metal bowls).
    Beat together the strawberries (thawed), sugar and egg whites for 15 minutes with a power beater (either electric or battery).
    The mixture will be stiff, but not as stiff as meringue. Slowly fold in Cool Whip until completely blended.
    Place in crusts; freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
    Can be served frozen.
    Can be kept in freezer for several weeks.
