Crock-Pot Ravioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. corkscrew noodles
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 onion, diced
    28 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    shredded Mozzarella cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook the noodles to al dente stage; drain.
    Brown meats and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Put half of the noodles in buttered crock-pot. Top with half of the meat mixture. Top meat mixture with Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 1 cup sour cream.
    Repeat layers. Cook in crock-pot until hot and bubbly.
