Potatoes - Scalloped - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes with peels
    1 c. onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine the potatoes, onions, flour, salt, pepper and parsley flakes in bowl.
    Put in greased, shallow baking dish.
    Scald milk. Pour over potatoes.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 60 minutes.
