Roast Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. pork loins
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 inches fresh ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chicken broth or water
Preparation
    Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, white vinegar, brown sugar and chicken broth or water in plastic bag or bowl; add pork. Marinate 30 minutes or overnight.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Roast in a lightly greased roasting pan for 1 hour, basting occasionally with marinade.
    Slice thin and serve with rice and asparagus or salad. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
