Dirt Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, chopped to fine crumbs

Preparation

Blend butter, cream cheese, sugar, milk and pudding in blender.
Fold in whipped topping.
Alternate layers of cookie crumbs and creamy mixture.
Sprinkle the top of cake with crumbs to look like soil.
