Aunt Julia'S French Gulletts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    1 doz. eggs
    1 (2 oz.) bottle vanilla
    8 to 10 c. presifted flour
    2 lb. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 (2 oz.) bottle almond extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and brown sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add cinnamon, vanilla and almond extract.
    Fold in flour a little at a time.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Keep in refrigerator.
    Bake in pizzelle iron.
    Makes 12 to 13 dozen.
