Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Beat egg with milk and add to dry ingredients.
    Knead out lightly and wrap tightly.
    Chill in the refrigerator.
    Roll dough thin.
    Fill with cooked dry fruits of your choice.
    Fry in cooking oil at 375\u00b0.
