Rice Yeast Bread(Makes Either 2 Loaves Or 24 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    3 pkg. yeast or 3 Tbsp.
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    5 or 6 c. flour
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. cracked wheat
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk *
    1/2 c. sugar less 2 tsp.
    2 tsp. salt
    1 cube margarine or butter
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. lukewarm (105~ to 115~), with 2 tsp. sugar added
Preparation
    *If milk is pasteurized it is unnecessary to scald it, but do heat it to lukewarm, about 110\u00b0.
