Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

12 large fresh mushrooms (24 oz.)
2 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 oz. pepperoni, diced (1/2 c.)
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1/2 c. finely crushed rich crackers (12)
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. chicken broth
dash of pepper
Preparation

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Drain caps and chop stems and reserve.
Melt butter in skillet.
Add onion, pepperoni, green peppers, garlic and stems.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, seasoned salt, oregano and pepper.
Mix well.
Stir in chicken broth.
Spoon stuffing into caps.
Place in shallow baking pan with 1/4-inch water.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
