Big Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    3/4 c. 115~ water
    3/4 c. 115~ milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0; lightly grease 2 cookie sheets.
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Blend in milk, 2 eggs and oil.
    Add sugar, salt and 5 cups flour (1 cup at a time) and stir well.
    Add 1 cup flour gradually to make a soft, but not sticky dough.
