Icing-Uncooked - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. mandarin peel
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. mandarin juice

Preparation

Place all ingredients over hot water for 10 minutes.
Beat icing until cool and a smooth consistency.
Frosts 1 cake.
