Microwave Mini Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained and minced
    2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    1 c. finely chopped corned beef
    40 to 50 Melba rye toast rounds (about 5 1/2 oz. box)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except toast.
    Refrigerate prior to serving.
    Five minutes before serving, place heaping teaspoonful on Melba toast.
    Microwave (10 at a time) for 40 to 50 seconds on Medium-high.
