Pecan Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo (all vegetable)
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. pecans
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oleo until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time; beat after each egg until creamy.
    Add vanilla, flour and pecans. Pour into loaf pan or Bundt pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 at least 1 hour and 15 minutes in loaf pan or until toothpick comes out clean.
    If using a Bundt pan, cook for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
