Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. bread crumbs, buttered (for topping)
Preparation
    Cut carrots into thin strips.
    Cook in salted water until tender.
    Place cooked carrots in a buttered baking dish.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over top and stir.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
