Tuna Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mashed potato flakes
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. mashed potato flakes
    1/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 1/3 cup potato flakes and margarine.
    Form mixture into 6 patties.
    Coat both sides with 1/3 cup mashed potato flakes.
    Melt margarine in skillet and fry patties until deep golden brown on both sides.
