Fourth Of July Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. NutraSweet spoonful
1 (1/4 oz.) envelope unflavored gelatin
2 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 c. skim milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 to 1/2 c. NutraSweet
1 pt. blueberries
2 pt. raspberries
Preparation

Mix crumbs, margarine and NutraSweet.
Pat evenly on bottom of jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle gelatin on top of milk in small saucepan.
Let stand 3 minutes.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved.
Cool to room temperature. Beat cream cheese in large bowl until creamy.
Gradually beat in milk mixture.
Beat in lemon juice, rind, vanilla and 1/3 to 1/2 cup NutraSweet.
Pour mixture over crust and refrigerate until set.
