German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 (8 oz.) box cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Cut 1 stick margarine in slices.
Line long cake pan with waxed paper.
Put butter in pan and melt.
Sprinkle coconut and nuts in melted butter in bottom of pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Melt the 1/2 stick margarine and mix with softened cream cheese and powdered sugar.
When mixed good, spoon over the cake mixture.
(I put about 4 or 5 spoons down each side and down middle when done.)
Turn out in long Tupperware box and spread icing mixture over cake.
