Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 oz. elbow macaroni
    6 oz. American cheese, 1/2-inch cubes
    1 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Spray a 4-cup baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
    In a large pot of rapidly boiling water, cook macaroni 8 to 10 minutes, until tender; drain.
    Return macaroni to same pot and combine with remaining ingredients.
    Spoon mixture into prepared dish; bake 15 to 18 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
