New Potatoes With Roasted Garlic - cooking recipe

2 lb. tiny new potatoes, sliced
4 large cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
1/4 tsp. salt
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp. olive or cooking oil
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Tear off a 36 x 18-inch piece of heavy foil.
Fold in half to make a double thickness of foil that measures 18 x 18-inches.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced potatoes, unreeled garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon olive oil and salt; toss gently.
Place potato mixture in the center of the foil.
Top with rosemary sprigs.
Bring up the two opposite edges of the foil and seal with a double fold.
Fold remaining ends to completely enclose the potato mixture, leaving space for steam to build.
Preheat gas grill.
Adjust heat for direct cooking.
Place foil packet on grill rack over medium heat.
Cover and grill about 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Discard rosemary sprigs.
