Fruit And Cheese Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. slice and bake sugar cookie dough (frozen)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. thinly sliced fruit (kiwi, strawberries and bananas)
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    2 to 3 Tbsp. brandy
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cover a 14-inch pizza pan with aluminum foil.
    Cut cookie dough into 1/8 to 1/4-inch rounds.
    Arrange in slightly overlapping pattern, covering pan completely.
    Press to seal.
    Bake until puffed and golden, about 10 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    (This can be done 8 hours ahead of time.)
    Combine the cream cheese, sugar, brandy and vanilla in bowl; spread evenly over crust.
    Arrange fruit slices in circular pattern over filling.
    Start with strawberries, then kiwi, then bananas, repeating until completely filled.
    Melt apricot preserves with the brandy in small saucepan over low heat; brush over fruit. Cover; chill for 1 hour before serving.
