German Potato Salad(Serves 50) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. chopped bacon, pour off fat
    5 c. onion, chopped
    5 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. plus 3 Tbsp flour
    7 c water
    3 1/3 c vinegar
    3 1/3 c sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp pepper
    5 Tbsp salt
    10 quarts cooked, cut up potatoes
Preparation
    Place in a large roaster, heat 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
