Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    8 qt. popped corn
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. soda
    peanuts (to your taste)
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients (except popped corn and soda) to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes, remove from heat and add soda. Put popped corn into a large pan or roaster, pour cooked mixture over corn and stir well. Bake at 250\u00b0 for one hour, uncovered. Cool, break apart and add peanuts. Freezes well.
