Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    fresh ground pepper
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cut ends from stems of mushrooms; wash and slice the mushrooms.
    Mix the remaining ingredients together; add the mushrooms and toss until pieces are well coated.
    Let stand at room temperature for several hours.
    Serve with toothpicks.
