Holiday Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 (.21 oz. each) pkg. unsweetened soft drink mix
8 c. cold water
2 (46 oz.) cans chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
4 (33.8 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled
4/5 qt. rum or vodka
Preparation

In 10-quart punch bowl, dissolve sugar and drink mix in cold water.
Stir in pineapple juice.
Slowly add ginger ale.
Add rum or vodka.
Just before serving, add ice.
