Pineapple Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 pinch salt
    1/3 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 eggs (yolks)
    1/2 lb. small marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and water until smooth.
    Bring pineapple juice to a boil, then place in a double boiler.
    Add flour mixture and cook for 15 minutes, stirring well.
    Gradually add beaten egg yolks; stir quickly and remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows and crushed pineapple.
    Refrigerate mixture overnight.
    Pour into a pie shell; top with whipped heavy cream.
    Serves 6.
