Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts by boiling.
    Remove bones.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Mix remaining ingredients; add to chicken pieces. Bake in casserole dish.
    Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and slivered almonds (if desired).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 300\u00b0 for 30 more minutes.
