Hot Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown rice
    3 1/2 to 4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. yeast flakes
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1 c. green onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 avocado, diced
Preparation
    Place rice, water, salt and yeast flakes in flat baking dish. Cover with
    wax
    paper
    and
    foil.
    Bake
    at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove
    from
    oven
    and top with remaining ingredients. Garnish with toasted sesame or sunflower seeds and GARLIC HERB DRESSING. Serves 6 to 8.
