Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    4 large cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 large carrots, shredded
    2 1/2 c. cooked pork or chicken, finely shredded
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
Preparation
    Saute garlic
    in
    olive
    oil;
    add
    onions, cabbage and carrots.
    Cook
    until vegetables are soft.
    Stir in meat.
    Mix the 2
    1/2
    tablespoons
    soy
    sauce and the 1 tablespoon cornstarch together and add to the meat mixture.
    Cook one minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
