Prosciutto Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe

8 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic
8 thin slices Prosciutto
2/3 c. Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Mascarpone cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
Sprinkle with pepper.
