All Beef Bake Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. meat curing salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Shape with hands into 3 rolls.
    Place each roll on a sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, shiny side out.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
