Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 small can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small jar diced pimento, drained
3/4 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. or less onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 tubes buttery cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Place in greased 3-quart casserole dish.
Combine next seven ingredients and pour broth over chicken.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over mixture and pour broth over crackers.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
May be made a day ahead or frozen before baking.
