The Baked Apple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. raisins (optional)
8 Rome apples, cored
3/4 c. defrosted, frozen orange juice
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Fold in raisins.
Spoon as much of the mixture into the cored apples.
Drizzle 1 1/2 tablespoons of orange juice concentrate into each apple.
