Cheese Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
    12 medium carrots, sliced thin, cooked and cooled
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients and cook.
    Then pour over carrots in a casserole.
    Top with 3 cups buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Can be microwaved; cook until hot.
