Lamb-Vegetable Casserole(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini
1 c. canned whole kernel corn
1 Tbsp. shortening
4 shoulder lamb chops
1/4 tsp. savory
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Wash and cut zucchini into crosswise pieces.
Drain corn. Melt shortening in skillet; brown lamb chops in hot fat on both sides.
Put corn and zucchini in bottom of lightly greased casserole.
Sprinkle with salt and savory.
Put chops on top of vegetables.
Cover and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Contains about 299 calories per serving.
