Frozen Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1- 16 oz. carton sour cream
1/4 c. butter, melted
1-10 1/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine potatoes and onions in a 12 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, 1/4 c. melted butter, soup, and cheese in a medium bowl, stir well.
Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and stir lightly.
Combine cornflakes and melted butter, sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Yield 12 servings.
