Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fish
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickles
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 strips bacon
Preparation
    Place fish in large pan.
    Salt.
    Mix dressing ingredients. Stuff in fish cavity.
    Place 4 strips of bacon over fish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until fish is done and brown.
