Campfire Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    4 c. broth or spring water with bouillon cubes
    1 medium onion, chunked
    2 large carrots, chunked
    2 large potatoes, chunked
    2 large tomatoes, diced or 1 large can
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in 3-pound coffee can or large camp pot over hot coals.
    Add broth and vegetables.
    Cover and let simmer 1 hour.
    Give everyone a spoon and bowl and enjoy!
